Our project faced a number of challenges working across countries, language barriers and time constraints.

 

Pivot were both responsive and flexible, delivering high quality outputs. Customer journey pain points were clearly outlined and new service opportunities identified, much to the delight of our client who is looking to expand the work into other journeys.

 

The team worked extremely hard to meet our needs and deliver the project, we look forward to working with them again.
